It not only can record video on the outside of the car while you driving, but it also keep recording of your driving and track where you went and other data including G force in 3 dimensions . To playback review the footage, connect the car camera system to a PC via USB (in the package) and provided software. The recorded video with GPS data can be viewed simultaneously including the date, time, location and the route of the vehicle.
With the advanced G-Sensor, the Car Camera System detect speed, breaking, acceleration and trigger the camera to record, so you will never loose any important events while driving. With the Back up function, all sensor and manual recording video clips can be saved to a USB Flash Drive. The Car Camera DVR system supports both dashboard and window mount to easily fit in any situation.

Installation Guide:
The guide explains how to use the DVR properly for the best recording result.
1. Connect the DVR to your computer via the USB cable. Wait approximately 2 minutes or until the computer detects the device.
2. Select Secure Eye folder and execute Secueye_manager.exe program.


3. Enter “Time Setting” in the program to setup date and time. Once you connect your Car Black Box with your computer, the date and time of the car black box will be synchronized with your computer’s date and time, the car black box will give three “beep”. To avoid confusion, please make sure the computer time is consistent to local time. After Time Setting setup, user may proceed to other setup for your own preferences.

Setup the Program:
Click the SETUP button (the one in yellow background) to setup the video’s Resolution, Image Quality, Record Frame Rate, Backup Files, G-Sensor Sensitivity, Event Alarm Sound, and etc.
Setting Description:
1. Resolution: The resolution can be set as high as 640x480.
2. Image Quality: DVR may provide image quality adjustment option such as Very High, and recording time may vary under different circumstances.
Very High: Approximately 3 hrs continuous recording time.
3. Frame Rate: DVR allows user to select recording frame rate from 5/10/15/30fps. Note: The smaller the fps selected the longer the recording time. Recommended setup: 15fps or 30 fps.
4. Backup Files: Uses can set up how many video clips to be offloaded to a USB Flash Drive. There are selections of 1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 48.
5. G-sensor Sensitivity: The smaller the number is, the higher the sensitivity becomes.
6. Event Alarm: Users can turn off the alarm beeping sound when G-sensor detects an event. The default is ON.
7. Audio: The DVR has a built-in microphone. Users can turn off the audio recording by selecting OFF. The default is ON.
8. AV Out: Users can set up the video output format according to the video system in their countries.
Proceed to DVR installation after system setup is completed.
1. Turn off the engine beforeinstalling the DVR.
2. Clean and dry your windshield and the suction cup with a lint-free cloth. Place the suction cup on the windshield. It is ideal to place the suction cup behind the rearview mirror where the DVR will nto block the view while you drive.
Clean the camera lens with a lint-free cloth.

3. Mount the DVR to your car as following.



Operating the DVR - Recording
1. After plugging the power adapter into a 12-volt receptacle in your vehicle, start the engine.
2. When the power is on, the DVR beeps and all LED lights are lit up. After a few seconds, ECO LED light turn off, and Power LED light turns on. The DVR is ready to use and starts continuous recording.

3. When the DVR is powered on, the GPS starts acquiring satellite signals. Please note that it may take a few minutes to complete acquiring satellites.
4. Upon drastic impact, sudden acceleration, sharp turn, and collision, the DVR beeps and automatically starts Sensor Recording. Sensor Recording records 10 seconds of pre event and 20 seconds of post event. Please note that the alarm beeping sound can be turn off. Please refer to the Setup the Program section.
5. To start panic recording or manual recording, press the Manual Record Button in the center to start recording. Each recording includes 10 seconds of video before you press the button and 20 seconds afterwards.
6. USB Backup will backup Manual recording data only. Users are required to connect to the computer if they wish to backup regular continuous recording data.
